It's at Lacanau Ocean, some 30 kilometres from Bordeaux, that Pierre Durand masterminded equestrian activities within one complex, comprising an hotel, apartments and villas.

   A dynamic and competent team welcomes riders of all levels and all ages, year round (up to and including training courses), to a kingdom for lovers of riding. There is a stable block for 70 horses, an all weather sand arena 'Toubin Clément' of 120 x 60 metres, as well as luxurious complimentary facilities (grooming area, drying, shower, infra-red, UV).

  Loving his horse, creating a unique relationship, discovering absolutely the affinity with a companion, for a day, for a lifetime … that was, for Pierre Durand, the best way to learn and perfect his riding.
